Post-Hurricane Frances

AVS operations were impacted by Hurricane Frances but are back in operation now. Electrical power, telephone, and internet service was not available at AVS' offices last week. AVS employees are continuing to deal with damage and a lack of telephone, water, and/or electrical power at their homes.
